PRINTING A REPORT COVER SHEET A lot of reports have cover sheets, but Access doesn't include a feature that creates and prints a cover sheet for your reports, although it's easy to include one using the Report Header section. In this section, add the elements you want to display on your cover sheet. You can also include lines and graphics in this section. Once you've formatted the section, assign the Force new page property to the Report Header section--below all the print elements. That way, Access will print the Report Header elements on their own page right at the beginning of the report--in lieu of a cover sheet.
