SEARCH EVERYTHING The last tip showed you how to select and work with several databases at once. This is also a way to search across multiple databases. Press and hold down the Shift key, then click the icons of the databases you want to search. When done, double-click any database while continuing to hold down the Shift key. Now enter the search criteria in the search bar, and Notes searches all the selected databases. However, in order for this to work, all the selected databases must be fully text indexed for searching.
