On this screen, they will want to set these options to their personal preferences, and when that is done, they will want to click on the setup modem button.
This screen will come up, click yes.
When this is finished, it will probably want the disk again, put it in and click ok. This is what the tools/ accounts screen will look like if Symantec is configured.
They should be able to send and receive faxes after this. They must have an ISP to use symantec winfax, and AOL will not work. (also: Compuserv was recently purchased by AOL, if they become like AOL, they will not work either)
